I'm honestly not sure if it's Dwight or if it's Rainn Wilson's character from that terrible detective show he was in that got cancelled after the first season

Let's be honest, though. The character is drawn so generically that it can be whoever you imagine. Squint a little and it's KD Lang dressed down and rocking some bitchin' shades.
