(Anonymous) 2018-02-20 04:18 am (UTC)(link)You know they won't even advocate for themselves to take a shower? They have babies, and they won't say, "hey husband, I'm going to take a shower," because they don't want to upset him (and it's always a guy who won't participate in household chores, and won't participate in any of the "dirty work" of parenting). They just...don't shower. I see it over, and over, and over again, so many times that it can't just be a coincidence.
You all think I'm delusional and crazy, but this is all because I keep seeing it, and I don't know what to fucking do about it. I am angry and sad and I want a feminism that tells women you can ask to take a shower, instead of a feminism that focuses on, "the knee of a person on public transit touched my knee and this is not okay."

Re: Women have been bred to serve me. Ergo, most women will side with men against women
That's coming at it from the wrong angle. What we need is a feminism that tells men to let women do and say things without criticizing or harassing them for it.
