I don't like being personally acknowledged in a store or restaurant, it makes grabbing a sandwich during my lunch break a thing. I'd rather be a faceless nobody and get polite but impersonal customer service. idk like maybe they judge me for coming too often, or know me as the girl with the hair/whatever who always orders the whatever. I don't want to be known!

Omg are you me? Like, I know it's 'nice' that they remember me, but I feel like I'm being judged for being there often enough that they DO remember me.

Just serve me politely and pretend like we've never met, please. .__.

I literally haven't been to my favorite cafe in like a week and a half because of this, and I refuse to go more than once every two weeks even though it's right beside my work. The staff are all really friendly and smile and chat when I come in. I'm sure they don't hate me, I don't hate them, I like them and think they are friendly people. I still need them to not make me a part of their lives. D:
