I feel like their faces are very similar, but I don't get them confused when I'm actually watching them in something because their mannerisms and the way that they carry themselves are actually pretty different.

From the comments I expected like... super identical people, but beyond their colouring, I don't think they look alike?

Really? Well, you can see their eyes and brows in these photos, and one is extremely made up. I mean, I think I immediately knew which was which here, and that's not always, or even generally, the case.

With sunglasses on, I think they really do look very much alike. There's enough difference in bone structure for someone to learn to tell, even then, but I'd say they're each a good makeup job away from effectively passing for the other all day.

That doesn't mean they normally act or sound the same, though.

I was going to say, "No one can tell them apart!" but I think I can tell which is which in that picture. Some of the Howard genes are poking through. (Or I'm wrong.)

Anyway, that's not a typical case of mixing up actors, in that they really do look almost identical, even to people who know them.
