Exercise and fitness

So i finally bucked up and went to the gym! My work has an account for everybody, so i don't have to pay (yay), but i was just...wimping out.

Went and did leg, arm, and core machine stuff and some warm-up cardio on a stationary bike and am going to try to go *at least* five days a week.

I'm putting it out there so that i have to live up to what i say, 'cause i'm too fucking old to keep sitting on my ass all day and too young to be so stiff and pathetic.

GO YOU!!!!

Keep at it :D Then your body will crave it and will get upset with you when you deny it gym time! You'll probably feel better (in general/more energy) too!

Stupid leg cramps last night, though - as i expected. Blech.

Well done! You'll feel so much better once you settle into a routine. I definitely did and it's also help with some chronic pain issues.

To help with the aching the next day try and keep your body moving by doing slow walks around your house so the muscles don't get so stiff. Sticking some Epsom Salts in a hot bath will also help.

I am just so ...there's no stamina, which sucks. And no strength were i need it.

I just take aspirin, and that works for me - i get stiff at work! Even though i do get up and move around, it's not enough.
