Preparing food is not a hack. It's cooking. COOKING. The fact that you are using some semi-prepared ingredients doesn't make it a hack. Your "hack" is actually a recipe. Stop calling cooking a hack.

Cooking hack: crack an egg into a pan and turn on the heat. In a few minutes you will have a homemade fried egg!

If you mix cake mix with something liquid or with enough moisture, you'll get cake! Surprise! (Not necessarily good cake, but cake.)

It's as if it was designed specifically for the purpose of easily making cake.
