You're purposely missing the point if you don't understand why the same happy lesbian story told over and over on tumblr by a million different people can get annoying and start to look like something other than happy lesbians written because the writer wanted happy lesbians. People write them because they know what sells on tumblr. Duh.

Yes. But they are less annoying because only writers of lesbian couples are incredibly smug and believe their stories are superior to all the het ones of the exact same lazy cliche overdone quality.
