Re: What did you do today, FS?

I've never had someone help me carry my stuff to the car, to be honest, cause carts.

I'm not sure if I'd think to tip them if I did, mostly because I very very rarely carry cash.

(What's a bagger?)

A bagger is (usually but not always) a teenager who puts the groceries into bags after the cashier rings them up. So they go from check stand to check stand bagging groceries as needed, and helping customers out with their bags if needed. Like old people who might have trouble carrying heavy bags or pushing a heavy grocery cart, or like in my case, there were too many bags to fit in the cart so my bagger carried the extras to my car while I pushed the cart.

Huh. I have never seen like, non-cashier bagger people. I mean, most of the places I shop at I bring my own bags and bag my own stuff anyway, to speed up the line so the cashier can focus on scanning.
