Time travel fix-it fic. Something shit happens in canon? Send one or more of the characters back in time so they can change it.

Hell yeah, this is my top fanfic genre for life. There are some terrible ones out there, but there's also so many creative, fun ones out there that I never get tired of them.

Oh man, I love this one too! I read a really good one back in the day that saved Nephrite in Sailor Moon because Chibiusa messed up the timeline with her time key.
