Re: Based on #1
Thirding Cap's stealth suit (and shield!) from TWS, though I've liked all of his incarnations so far for different reasons.
I thought Usagi's original fuku is the best version of her fuku from a character design standpoint bc it's instantly recognizable, simple, and iconic (though her SuperS fuku with the striped skirt is my personal fav). Her Stars/eternal fuku is pretty bad and the elements don't work well together. Though none of her anime fukus are as good as the Sailor V-styled manga one used in some of the illustrations.
I think Garrus's armor/look is best in ME1 when he has the more slimmed down Turian armors of that game. ME2 and ME3 turn him into a hulking tank and a lot of the plating (esp of his ME3 armors) doesn't make much sense and makes him look out of place next to the casual Turian outfits.
The change in aesthetics in the Dragon Age elves was fucking terrible. Turning them into noodle people with rubber-forehead-alien faces in DA2/DAI was so fucking dumb I am still not over how stupid they fucking look in those games. JUST HAVING POINTY-EARED HUMANS IS FINE, BIOWARE. Particularly the Inquisitor, who's so skinny that certain armors practically glitch out on their teeny tiny arms.
