Oh my God yes . I was so bummed when McD's stopped selling Reeses Mc Flurrys. Once upon a time i had a dream of having a Mc Flurry with all 5 candys they allowed in a McFlurry.

not a big fan of candy in shakes but I love Kit Kats or Rolos in ice cream

I was gonna say Oreo but I guess it doesn't count. But probably something with toffee and/or caramel.

Somebody in the world got a Cadbury egg McFlurry or shake or something, and I'm jealous.

Australia has Creme Egg McFlurries at the moment. You can also but Creme Egg Ice Cream in a tub from the supermarket.

I've never seen it in stores either. It might only be available in Australia too (or stores that stock Australian products).
