The worst was when a Charles/Erik fic ended with Erik running back to Magda his WIFE who was not mentioned at all in the fic. She wasn't even tagged in the fic.

I think I heard about that one... Was it a fill from a kink meme? Made by one of the mods who then marked the request as "filled" despite the protests of the requester and other fans?
