Well if thats the case I kind of hate the OP because as someone who suffers from a lot of disabilities and is working on getting to disability but right now has to work through shutdowns and panic attacks at work, because I'm basically working just to survive, fuck that noise.

I hate fake concern assholery like that. I mean if you're actually paying someone for their goods you can't really be blamed for enabling shit. You're buying a product. I don't know the lifestyle of the person checking me out at the grocery store and I could very well not approve of it. But I'm not "enabling them to continue" doing some thing in their life that's bad so.. why would someone paying an artist be?

That cashier at the supermarket is going to go to Burger King on their break. They're going to do it twice this week (because BK is the closest and cheapest place to their workplace and they only have a half hour). They will gain weight, and put themselves at risk for diabetes (especially if they're choosing sodas). Fast food is also deceptively expensive! By shopping at this market, you're helping to pay their paycheck, and thus enabling them to live this unhealthy lifestyle.

It's for their own good if you get them fired.

that was hyperbole, btw. I agree. It looks stupid when you apply that logic to any job other than "internet based independent artist". Because most people wouldn't do that to a supermarket cashier, but they would to someone who makes art.
