Yeahhhhhh I agree but I also think it's basically just a result of B99 being a much better written and better made show across the board

I'm *still* of the opinion that Altered Carbon wasn't actually a very well written book, and Netflix should probably have gone with original IP instead of adapting it

I agree. Altered Carbon the novel was mediocre material. Many better options they could've used. The title is rad though. Maybe option Altered Carbon for tirle only, like Bladerunner (where the story was based on a different novel by a different author entirely)
