Well, JKR addressed Native American magic in relation to Fantastic Beasts, and people lost their shit. So if I were her, I'd stick safely to White People Magic, too.

Exactly. I get that people wouldn't want to see their childhood favorite getting hate, but that's not what's happening here. People who are so sensitive about differing opinions that they can't even tolerate a legitimate criticism should probably take a break from the internet.
