Interestingly enough, according to my friends that speak, study, and translate sign language, it's pretty good.

Before this movie came out one of them was really angry that the best sign language they'd seen in movies was in one of the newer Planet of the Apes movies. And done by apes. She was mad that other movies put no effort toward the language, but this one with APES speaking it did.
