I can’t speak as to OP’s fandom but I’ve seen hanahaki in pretty much every fandom I’ve skimmed recently. Not in a hugely concentrated amount, but present. Maybe try an AO3 tag search? There’s definitely fic to be had, though I make no promises re: tuberose.
