Apparently a woman was trying to kill her boyfriend. She shot him and then killed herself. She is the only death.

Probably just a bad breakup. But no one knows at this point.

Eh? I'm not sure what you're getting at I'm saying that whatever happened between them, there is only one person who is still alive to speak on it. When we find out what went down, there's no way to know if he's telling the truth.

NA

Barring other evidence, even if both were telling the story, there's no way to know if he's telling the truth. Even if two people are telling contradictory stories, it doesn't mean one is lying and the other is telling the truth. Though it's more likely than not, it could also be that they could both be lying or both telling the truth from their perspective. Yes, if you have two stories, you can judge their relative credibility against each other from your point of view, but it doesn't mean you will know if someone is telling the truth.

It sounds like some kind of domestic dispute, going by the news (I live in the area).

Is there a specific source on this?

Not that I don't believe you - I'm just curious because information on these things is often so weird and inaccurate and I just want to look at it myself.

Here you go! Asking for sources is ALWAYS the right thing to do. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/youtube-shooting-san-bruno-california-hq-today-2018-04-03-live-updates/
