Want not need!

The Junkrat and Mercy Funko Pops. Granted, I pre-ordered them and forgot they were coming!

Bought some music on Amazon digital. Don't need music, but I love music.

A bag of peanut m&ms.

A bunch of Lush bath bombs. Baths are a waste of water, but I love taking a long soak after a super stressful day of work.

A Pokemon TCG theme deck. Bought it from work yesterday because I've recently taught my partner how to play and he's getting into it, then realised that my collection of 2000+ cards are all ancient, early days releases and I don't have any compatible energy for the new types. :( I got lured in by the Hydreigon on the box, dammit.

I bought some of those old "Pokemon Tales" board books. They're hard to find and I spent too much on them but they're really cute and I miss having them around. Some of them though are just way too expensive and I have my limits on what I will pay for stuff aimed at toddlers.

I completely forgot about those, but I just googled them and flashed back to having the 'Pikachu's Day' one as a kid. :') They were adorable. I had way too much Pokemon merch growing up. My treasured posessions were a couple of promotional comics that came out for the first movie that were signed by the English voice actors.

That is so awesome! I had way too much Pokemon merch too, though I do not have the excuse of being a kid. (I used to say some of it was for my kid but no one was fooled.) And as you can see I still have some - no regrets.

A duplicate of a sweatshirt that I really, really love, a discontinued nail polish that I've been looking for for a long time, and a delicate white gold ring with a tiny diamond.

A bracelet shaped like a bicycle chain. I didn't quite afford to buy it when looking at how much month there's left at the end of the money. Oh well...

An enamel box, a bit like an 18th century snuffbox but modern. It's got a map of Australia on it, and the state flowers around the sides. I can't really afford it, even second-hand, but it's a pretty little thing.

that'd have to be the ostrich egg I madly purchased. Will update you guys on things once I've managed to actually cook it.

Is it a fertilized egg? I’d be so tempted to stick the thing under a broody hen and have an ostrich... except it could kick my hens (and eventually my cat, myself, and my neighbors) through fences and stuff.

no, it's unfertilized. Have neither the space, time, nor, really the courage to deal with live birds - especially ostriches - myself. Friendly neighborhood farmer shall provide ;) Apparently, they sell most of them to hoby-ists wanting to do crafts; those of us insane enough to want to organize massive egg-eating parties are apparently few and far between.

Phone upgrade, probably could have gotten more mileage out of the old one.

I feel like aside from groceries, I pretty much don't need anything, so everything I buy falls in that category. Most recent would be a rather expensive but beautiful kimono jacket. And books. I am always buying books.

I bought a small, blue stuffed toy llama. Well, the tag said it was a llama, but I think it looks more like an alpaca. I call it Fuzz-Butt. It was $1.50 Easter clearance at Walmart.
