Bought it from an ostrich farmer. Was a Easter gift (because it coincided with April fool's day this year, and I thought that'd be a fun thing to give the niblings). So, plan is ... half of it into massive omelette and half into a cake. Never done this before, but ... I somehow can't wait to whip a single eggwhite into the most voluminous mass ever. :D

Only hope I am WAY less congested and miserable than I have been this week. :/
