Sam/Eileen and Canada/Lithuania are my favorite rarepairs. I can't think of a favorite fandom dominating ship for some reason.

In the years I spent in Hetalia fandom, I never saw Canada/Lithuania and I never even considered it, and I don't understand why. Because considering it now, it makes 200% sense. (funny bit is how Canada/Poland was a thing way back when...)

They're such adorable characters and I always thought they'd be cute together, but I never found any fanart or decent fic for them. All my friends thought I was weird for shipping them too.

Favorite fandom-dominating ship is Jake Peralta/Amy Santiago from Brooklyn Nine-Nine. I love that they're canon, but not so obnoxiously canon that I get sick of reading fic about them.

Favorite rarepair is Louise Belcher & Regular-Sized Rudy from Bob's Burgers. They're almost to two pages of fic on AO3 though!

In the MCU my dominating ones would be Steve/Bucky and Steve/Tony. My rarepairs would be Steve/Thor, Steve/T'Challa/Bucky, and that one Steve/Jarvis fic that may not be real.

Some other dominating ones: Stiles/Derek and Stiles/Peter. Charles/Erik. Dean/Castiel.

Rarepairs: Stiles/Danny and Stiles/Jackson. Charles/Logan. Castiel/Lucifer.

Mid tier: Pepper/Tony, Ivy/Harley, Billy/Teddy, Santana/Brittney, Fang/Vanille.

Rare pairs(either in general or for the fandom): Sam/Bucky, Tony/Rhodey, Shatterstar/Rictor, Simon/Maia, Herc/Pentecost, Vergil/Kat, Jake/Nate, Jane/Darcy, Storm/Wolverine.
