Yes. They were invented because it was expensive to own clayware or later metal ware to cook food in. But yeah sure we should absolutely be ashamed of poorer regular people using their ingenuity to solve a day to day problem.

not sure. i think they're trying to frame any counter-argument as somehow morally incorrect (classist, xenophobic, etc) because they're running out of ammo.
