DA - There's a difference between fanart of a fat version of a character and fat-fetish art, usually. Take the pic in the secret -- that's pure fetish, even though it's PG-13 at most. You see the same thing with amputation art. It's usually pretty damn obvious when you're looking at something aimed with people with a kink versus an AU version of a character, and there doesn't need to be stump-fucking to tell the difference.

And PG fetish art is still dehumanizing to the majority of people with whatever characteristic is being fetishized, so it's not neutral.
