Agreed! Regardless of the linguistics, I HATE IT when other fans come in to correct my fic or post on a name spelling. In YGO, it made me want to tear my hair out when the official version translated Baron's name as "Valon". I grind my teeth whenever I hear people say "Voomers" instead of "Boomers" when talking about Bubblegum Crisis. We write fix-it fic all the time, messing with the 'sacred canon,' so just let people do what they want! If it bugs you, then find other stuff to read; there's no reason to leave them a nasty comment about how they're "doing it wrong"
