NAYRT - In some places the definition of incest includes adoptive and step family. By the laws of my country, since they were raised as brothers, Thorki is incest.

Also, cousins marrying might not be seen as incest wherever you come from, but here, even though it is technically legal, people would judge you hard for it. Even if you were second or third cousins, if you wanted to stay together you'd probably have to move to some place where nobody knew of your relation.
