Today was good

Today was good. Got praise for my work from the attorney I've been doing small things for. He's going to have a lot more work for me and may be hiring soon. Another attorney is going to have some work for me and may be looking to hire. Also, we won a case I wrote the brief for. It was a good case and I feel proud of the work I did. I had a good long discussion with my mother, she apologized and is going to stay out of my medical stuff. Can't believe I found the guts to call her out, but I did, and it worked. Also, Cosby was convicted.

Also, I went to Chili's for dinner and had two margaritas (which there is like 6 because they give you the whole shaker). And I'm kind of drunk.

Good for you! Setting and enforcing boundaries with parents who are way too up in your business is tough, I know from firsthand experience. But it's healthier for you AND them if you bite the bullet and do it.
