Re: I've developed a bad habit

I don't know. The only real answer is to find a way to consistently get out of bed. I think a lot of it is just getting into the habit of doing it consistently. Maybe set hard limits for yourself (IE, getting out of bed by 9:00, no matter what) with rewards and/or punishments (IE, I will allow myself to get a donut if I get out of bed by 9:00 AM), or find things you like to do early in the morning. Maybe try setting looser limits at first - don't force yourself to jump out of bed at 8:00 and go for a run, but set more achievable goals like saying you're going to get out of bed by 10:00 and accept that's OK because it's better than getting out of bed at 3. IDK.
