Wow. How many comments do your stories get, that you can be so ungrateful for them? I'm sure the people who liked your work enough to stop and say something (which is becoming increasingly rare for fanfic writers) would love to know how you look down on them for not being sufficiently interesting.

Maybe they feel your story was good enough to deserve a comment but not interesting enough to deserve a long, detailed comment.

That being said, I once got a comment which was nothing more than an emoticon. And I didn't reply to that one, because I didn't understand what it meant.
