Are we really at the point now where admitting that you don't like something "girly" means you're trying to be ~not like the other girls? Should we all just start pretending that we loved MLP even if we didn't so that no one must behold the shame of our obvious internalized misogyny?

I've seen posts that say never wearing makeup or skirts/dresses (not even necessarily, you know, TALKING about how you dont do it; but just the act of existing while female and not doing it) means you have internalized misogyny. So yes, we are really at that point.

nyart, but I've seen post claiming that if you use make-up at all, you're giving in to patriarchy and internalized misogyny.
