Fujoshi discourse, and I'm sick of both sides of it. I side with pro-fujoshi, but the thing now is to fight the fujoshi hate by talking about how hating fujoshi is racist cultural appropriation because fujoshi is a Japanese word and if you call all fujoshi homophobic straight girls, you're corrupting the meaning of the word and the cultural connotations behind it. Which is a ridiculous reach, in my opinion. They need to stick to the real reasons anti-fujoshi crusading is a bad thing and not try to make it so deep by slapping a "racist" label on it.

like I don't have a horse in this race, it's not a word I would use because like otaku it's supposed to be pejorative and I'm not interested in reclaiming, but...shit, man, at least use some logic and not buzzwords, tumblr.
