Cold cucumber or frozen grapes on hot days.
I love tomato and rocket (arugula if you're american I think) salad without dressing if I get nice sweet cherry tomatoes or something.

Not a fan of tomatoes but I love cucumbers and grapes. Freezing them is a good idea now that the hellish summer is here.

I make fruit salad skewers and put those in the freezer for the kids in my family. They're pretty great in summer and I finally have a use for the melon baller someone gave me years ago.

You can also soak the fruit in alcohol before you freeze them first or use them to garnish cocktails.
