Those who have co-workers, how are they? Any you love? Any you hate?

I really like my new coworkers for the most part. Everyone is really helpful. My one issue is the office is super disorganized. But other than that, it is great. Small office, though. Only one managing attorney, two paralegals, and me.

I got four people that I share a hallway with. The people that are part of my production team are all awesome. I really only dislike the person I share a wall with. She is so loud an obnoxious. I am just glad I don't have to work with her.

I have a mix of them-- I have one or two co-workers who are super christian, uber pro trump; then I have some coworkers who are my type of people, gamer geek agnostics. So it's tolerable, no one is at each others throats which makes for a amicable work environ

I like and get along with almost all of my coworkers, but there's a couple of older men who are generally crankboxes and I'm not very fond of either of them.

I like mine, but it's just a few of us and I worry I sometimes get too comfortable with chatter and forgetting we're still, you know, in a workplace.

Generally I'm okay with my co-workers. They seem pretty neat from what bits I know of them, and they're mostly nice. I don't see most of them much because of the nature of our schedules, which I don't mind too much because I'm pretty socially anxious. I can fake it well enough if we're talking shop, but anything beyond that I mostly just let the other person talk and chime in with the rare comment.

There's one particularly who always wants to talk if we're both in the common areas even though I'm working at a computer, which I wish would be enough to deter them but no such luck. I don't...not like them, but I'm also not the type to make friends with co-workers and prefer to keep my work and personal life separate. I guess at times I'm off-put by what they talk about sometimes, like it seems inappropriate for a work environment but I can't pinpoint any other reason than "I don't want to hear you talk about x, y, and z while we're here," and with me being as private as I am that's a lot of things. But in-team gossip has it they're not well-liked by some co-workers, to the point one person waited in the break room until they heard I wasn't talking to this particular co-worker. So I guess I figure if others don't want to talk to them, I can handle being someone to vent to, especially if they think the little conversing I do is enjoyable. I do think they might like me somewhat though, so it's awkward.

I'm honestly probably closest to my supervisor. I think a lot has to do with how understanding and accommodating she is about everything. One time my nephew swallowed a battery and I wasn't sure if I was going to come in. I did, though a tad late, and she and I e-mailed about the situation which put me at better ease. I'm also oddly more comfortable in work interactions with people higher up than me because there's a clear hierarchy and I know who to defer to because I'm a natural follower.

I like almost all my coworkers (except maybe the one who went months talking about how great the orange asshat was, but she's since shut up about him and I'm starting to like her again), but I really wish they wouldn't want to make conversation so early in the morning. I also wish they could pull more of their own weight and would stop talking to me during lunch when I'm reading.
