I am deeply unhappy with my life. Most of it is going perfectly fine, but certain parts of it are a bit of a living hell right now. I'm sure rationally it will get better, but I just cant see it.

Trying not to be cryptic, but the only way for it to get better in the short term is by putting down the building blocks to make it much worse in the future.
