Argh holy shit same anon and my poor crippled hen (her legs don’t work because fuck cancer and she’s undersized and scrawny) just laid her first ever egg—no shell, just membrane, white, and yolk, but still ouch it was nearly full size unlike her. The vet and I were hoping she’d be sterile and now I’m worried she’ll die before her first birthday (June 5th.)
