Yes, like if someone shouts out for "More!" at a bar. They could totally be the person at a bar that throws back a drink, sets the glass down on the bar hard, and calls out "More!" gleefully while smiling at the bartender and bouncing on the tips of their toes. Or they could be the person at a bar that slams their drink, bangs the glass down on the bar, and yells "More!" frowning at the bartender then standing on their tiptoes, looking impatiently for anything that could be keeping the bartender from serving them faster. Materially, they've performed many of the same actions, but the body language and tone make a big difference in how I perceive it. And, you're right, there isn't much in the way of textual clues from just a written "More!".
