Unfortunately, I feel you on this. I'm generally pro-feedback, but fandom's attitude to it ATM is so aggressive as to turn people off leaving any at all. It's not enough to leave a kudo, you have to leave a comment too, but you can't just leave a generic comment or show any kind of enthusiasm that might come off as entitled whether it's intended that way or not, and if you don't reblog as well then you might as well have not read the fic at all. TBH, it's at the point where it's easier to just not bother, since nothing is good enough anyway.

LOL. I've never seen "whilst" used seriously, it's always in a tongue in cheek context. But I'd raise an eyebrow if people were trying to make it a Thing.

Yeah, I feel like that moment (and possibly that entire season) has aged really phenomenally well. Used to feel corny, now feels a lot more sincere and normal imo.

Yeah... this is what I'm talking about. I'm the author of the BTS secret from the other day and this is one of my pet peeves - their fans are beyond devoted to the point where it's an obsession (for example, I've seen more than one person bragging about spending money they don't have on BTS merchandise).

If this is what the Hallyu wave is going to look like in America... then no thanks (even if some of my faves would do well here).
