And it's useful for commenters to understand the fact that shouting "MORE!!" and nothing else in the comments is unlikely to be received with enthusiasm. It's one of those times when taking a minute to think about tone pays dividends.

I've responded to "More" with equally bland responses, like "thanks" or "soon." Sometimes they'll elaborate when I respond that way. Either way I still appreciate it. It's not as exciting or validating as long reviews, but it's not a bad thing. I still think it's in poor taste to criticize feedback, unless it's abusive, but that's way different.
