I was fine with the third movie. Visually, it was really good looking and I liked the Mexican touches, like the shrunken heads and such. The only thing I didn't like about the movie was the intense sexual tension Alfonso created between Harry, Hermione, and Ron that didn't exist in the book. I also didn't like the entire end of the film, which was confusing enough in the book, but was incredibly indecipherable in the movie. My dad, who's never read the books...was sooo confused after the movie ended.

And, I happen to love all the movies after that. I hated the first and second, but after the third....it's been smooth sailing in my eyes.

107. Uh. I think everyone could figure out that the picture was related. Unless it was done ironically or something, or that specific picture turned you on... but yeah. We know who Ash is.

108. You can have a romantic pairing with that same element of protectiveness.

109. Oh, NOW you like her. (Sorry, but I've loved Olivia Wilde since... actually, since The OC season 2, which makes this a bit hypocritical. Nevertheless, I tend to dislike 13-haters, whether reformed or not. It's an elitist thing, forgive me.) Well, better late than never.

143. Fair enough, you don't have to like it. But I do like it, because I see the hero worship slowly becoming true friendship as the series progresses, and Gokudera's infatuation (which is what I genuinely believe it to be) growing into real, honest affection. That being said, I also sometimes ship it for the very reason that it isn't an equal relationship (emotionally), and that it manages to generate loads of drama and angst without being abusive in the slightest. I understand if that doesn't float your boat (I feel similarly about other ships for RL reasons, so I really do know where you're coming from), but it is something that floats my boat. Not in Real Life, mind you; but fandom =/= Real Life.

172) Er it was just a little inside joke they threw in for the fandom because everyone was wondering whether Jet really died after Lake Laogai. Yes he is really dead! If Mike and Bryan confirmed it they confirmed it. It doesn't matter if it wasn't explicitly stated in the actual series.

170 I felt the same way, bb.): It was so utterly disappointing, and even if the writer's strike HADN'T happened, I think it would have been disappointing just the same. I wish they could just gain back the awesomeness that was season one. That all-healing blood was one of the worst things they could have introduced. Just stop introducing new and useless characters(uh, West?), stop killing people off and NOT KEEPING THEM DEAD(unless you want to bring back Isaac. I wouldn't fight that.), stop making the characters you already have into one-dimensional pussies, and give someone who isn't Claire or Peter or Sylar the limelight for once.:| I'm so disappointed with Kring. I want to believe this show can come back to what it had when it premiered, but I'm so doubtful right now.

I have a slightly more hopeful outlook on season 3, but I agree with a lot of the things you mention. Chiefly regarding Isaac. I didn't think much of his death at the time, presumably because we were rushing headlong towards the end-of-season madness. But oftentimes since then, I've wondered why the frak they had to kill off Isaac. I mean, especially if his paintings were going to be such a driving force in vol. 2, it seems kind of stupid to have done away with the character. That, and his power was cool. I don't think his journey was over, either. I really miss him.

Other than that, yeah, death needs to mean something again. They just have to stop killing Nathan because he's my favorite and I couldn't take it. XD But like, West? If he's not gonna be back EVER, just kill him and make pretty much 100% of your audience happy for once.
