It's so hard for me to relate to complaints like this. My own fic is always better than someone else's. Always.

I appreciate the love you have for your own fic, but I get OP. I already know what's going to happen in my own fic, and while I enjoy it, I enjoy reading someone else's work. it's a surprise. I compare it to eating a treat from the bakery versus one I made myself. or dinner spaghetti when I know how to make spaghetti better. it's a craving.
