Seconding/thirding/etc the "what fandom are you in" because I've never seen anyone described as a size queen before. It's always just been fairly common to see "his dick was big" for me.

When it goes into "his dick was 10 inches long and...and...and...and..." with the descriptions it just sets off a "has never seen a penis outside of porn before" alarm in my head.

The best part is that under the purple prose, the "and... and... and..." part is usually a fairly clinical description of what an actual adult penis looks like. Like, yes, author. That is, in fact, what a dick looks like. Unless someone drew a smiley face on it or something, it's totally fine for you to skip this part and get to the sexing.
