There aren't many, since I'm like, compulsively obsessed with finishing all games I start even when I totally despise them, but one I stopped playing for good was the first Hitman game! I couldn't figure out how the game actually worked, the controls totally eluded me and I kept failing the very first mission, so I ragequit.

I still played the sequel later on, though.

I almost never finish games in the first place, but Fire Emblem: Radiant Dawn made me so mad that I ragefinished it.

FFIV the DS port. I made it through the PSX port so I figured this one wouldn't be too bad. Nope. Final dungeon, everything went to shit, and worse, I think it was one of those dumb moments where it had been a while since I'd saved.

Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. It's actually a good game, but my DS would not cooperate with the stylus motions during the boss battles and it frustrated the fuck out of me.
