My left ankle/foot in particular (sometimes my right) gets all puffy in the heat. NEVER did it before, so fucking annoying. I drink a ton of water and don't consume much salt/sodium, don't have high blood pressure or take meds other than for allergies or headache so - wtf, body.

I thought it was just me, except it's both my feet and heat doesn't seem to be a thing, they just... get bigger? Like every so often my shoes will just feel twice as tight. :[ why.

please get your heart and veins checked.

Seconding other anon! My mom has this problem, and it turned out to be because of her heart.
