Nope, can't say it ever happened to me. However every morning for the past week I've woken up with the stuffiest nose and when I blew it I got a nosebleed. There might be something quite wrong with my blood vessels up there...

Or it could be really dry air? When winter comes on and the furnace has to come on and the humidity levels drop like a stone, I always end up having bloody noses/bloody tissues for at least some of the time, and it's generally because the air is so dry.

No, but I sneezed once while bending over to pick up a box, and really hurt my back.

Not me so much, but my sister has these really explosive sneezes that have variously resulted in her nearly concussing herself, and scaring the dog so much that he fell backwards off the couch.

She thinks my sneezes are 'dainty' by comparison. I'm pretty sure it's only by comparison.
