What are some canon relationships you think have awful relationships?

What are some that are genuinely great?

Awful: Ted/Robin (which I refuse to believe end up together because that terrible final never happened), Willow/Kennedy, 10th Doctor/Rose, Dean/Lisa (the idea of Dean settling down with a woman is fine, Lisa just isn't the right choice), Buffy/Xander (does this happen in the comics, I thought it did, and ugh), Steve Rogers/Sharon Carter (no, just no).

Seconding Ted/Robin. I like to think Ted's such an unreliable narrator that he made up Robin's feelings for him in the final episodes, and when he turns up at her apartment she politely tells him to leave.

Buffy/Xander doesn't happen in the comics, they only teased it. Xander/Dawn, on the other hand.

Every single canon relationship in Gotham is awfully written, especially anything to do with Ed or Tabitha/Barbara (though apparently we're supposed to think they were only ever totally platonic gal pals now, despite how many times we've seen them kiss the past couple seasons, lmao).

I love all the canon relationships in The Good Place (except Tahani/Jason), though.

As far as awful ones—Emma/Hook wins the WTF NO Award for me. Good ones—hmm. Sam Vimes/Lady Sybil, Morticia/Gomez, Chuck/Ned, Miles Vorkosigan/Ekaterin and also Cordelia/Aral—I know there’s more I’m forgetting.
