This show is comedy gold! I think there was a time when some people got too concerned with whether it was a good depiction of Batman and not whether it was an enjoyable show in its own right. I think that's declined now that we've had plenty of serious depictions of Batman. Hating on the 60s series buys you no street cred whatsoever now.

Frank Gorshin as the Riddler is probably my favorite live-action version of any comic book character ever. He runs around in a unitard and yet somehow remains the most dignified thing on screen, moreso even than Alfred. He's also actually kind of scary, unlike every other batvillain on the show.
