Huh, I never thought that Gandalf would also be covered by the "no man" clause.

It isn't like the "no man" thing was a curse the way the Oath of Feanor and sons was. It was a prophecy. A statement on what would happen in the future, only the Witch King in his arrogance thought it meant no one could kill him. Gandalf would have curb stomped him, he just had other things to do.
