Pay attention to where my things end up most often and then make a proper place for them there.
E.g. laundry basket within throwing distance of my bed so I will put my socks in it instead of on the floor, hook for handbag by door, pocket for tv remote on lounge arm.

I'm lazy so I will end up with piles of junk if I can't easily put stuff away.

Games, movies, books, shows, whatever that you watch when you are feeling like shit

Doctor Who, LOTR, Babylon 5, and Star Wars. My four favorite things to watch. They all just make me happy and allow me to escape into a fictional world for a while.

gardening or home transformation shows.
upcoming movie trailers.

Lotta mysteries - Golden Age or Golden Age-adjacent books (esp Dorothy Sayers and Josephine Tey) and also some of the slightly more sedate TV series and/or procedurals.

Stardew Valley -- My pick-me-up for rough days just because of that cheerful facade.
Viridi -- I can't stay upset when I'm taking care of virtual succulent plants.
Transformers: More Than Meets The Eye/Lost Light -- My ultimate cheerup no matter how sad the issue. Those comics have always been great pick-me-ups.
RuPaul's Drag Race

Jeeves and Bertie books or TV show, Sherlock Holmes books or Jeremy Brett version, Great British Bakeoff, and I always take my paperback copy of the Hobbit with me if I have to go to the hospital

Flight of Dragons always makes me feel better

Right now I feel like re-reading A Wrinkle In Time or Little House In the Big Woods or The Long Winter. I need comfort badly.

What is everyone doing this weekend?

I am going to attempt to fix the crack in my bumper. Or at least start phase 1 of fixing it. :P I am also going to watch The Godfather Part 2 and probably play Sea of Thieves with my sister.

I feel like the only person in the world who's never seen any of the Godfather films. :( Sea of Thieves looks pretty fun!

Will hopefully have the day off Sunday, so should be watching England V Panama with some friends and a lot of beer.

Going to my parents' house for dinner and my Grandpa sings barbershop and the group he's with is doing a show at the community centre there so that as well.

We also get to meet my brother's ~*~girlfriend~*~. Apparently they've been seeing each other for a few months but keeping it quiet.

Taking it easy, which is nice. TOmorrow I have to go into the office just to pick up a case because I have a hearing at 8AM on Monday. Other than that, no plans.

I have a ton of stuff I've got on my computer to watch that I need to clear out. I may do a tv binge (I have a ton of random episodes of things that I haven't gotten around to watching), or I may have a Jurassic movie marathon. We shall see.
