I like the look of the new dinos and I've got no problem with them splicing species together in order to make unique creations, the whole science side of these movies is completely wrong anyway so why not just roll with the ridiculous and have fun with it?

I would like for them to pick something other than a Velociraptor for the 'super dangerous' part however, just because it's getting a bit old.

Yehhhhhh. I definitely get where you're coming from, it's a little performative, but I think you can be forgiven for being a little performative when you're hosting a travel show. and I definitely agree with him that organ meat is really tasty, and I think it's generally under-appreciated in the US.

I get what you mean if you're just talking about people being passionate about the sport in itself, or only caring about the athletes in the context of how good they'd be on your favourite team (or not). The RPF side of things definitely does count as fandom, although it's way, way, way creepier than actor/idol RPF.

(Mainly because there's no barrier where you can assume someone's just confusing character roles/public persona/stage presence with the actual person, since all athletes do is play sports and do very awkward interviews (many of them finding even that small amount of focus super uncomfortable). They're more publicly 'real', I guess, so it comes across as way worse than RPF already is.)

Aw, OP, I'm sorry you're feeling that way. I have one close friend, but our friendship isn't really like that. The gayest thing we probably do is call each other cute and pretty. My boyfriend and his best friend are pretty touchy-feely though. I don't know what's up with them and slapping each other's balls/asses.

I liked Drew, but yeah, I fully agree that Aisha's awesome as a host, for the very reasons you note. I like the way she gets more involved with the games, too. And she's hilarious-I caught an episode a couple weeks back where she made a joke involving a play on the term "Game of Thrones" that really cracked me up.
