How do you know no one around them is saying that?
People who don't even know them have opinions, you think they're not getting WTF texts from everyone they know?
People are gonna do what they're gonna do, even when they're getting advice or just straight up opposition from others.

Have a family member with BPD myself. There is no room to even gently suggest that they're getting in too deep too quickly with new relationships. You become enemy numero uno. You're basically getting between an addict and their high. My family member just packed up and moved to another state to be with an ex after they reconnected several days before. You can't stop adults from making their own decisions, even if they're terrible ones.
