Each to their own, OP. I loved the show, and Aeryn Sun is probably my favorite character ever. But, in fairness, I discovered the show after it aired, and so I got to binge the whole four seasons + movie in a relatively short amount of time. That might have changed the experience for me.

I loved the weirdness of it though. It did get a bit much at times, but on the whole it just worked for me. I don’t know how to explain it. Whenever I watch Guardians of the Galaxy, I feel so much Farscape nostalgia (not accidental, I know; James Gunn is a Farscape fan). But I feel like Farscape did it better. I know that’s heresy. Or maybe I just like Ben Browder way better than Chris Pratt.
